Pinsk: Aliaksandr Ramanovich detained for distribution of Narodnaia volia

The activist of democratic movement Aliaksandr Ramanovich was detained for distribution of the newspaper independent newspaper Narodnaia volia. The police composed on him a report and confiscated 261 copies of the newspaper. The activist considers these actions illegal. According to him, he was detained and the newspapers were confiscated because this issue contained a critical article about a local official.Add commentary
