Viachaslau Siuchyk under Arrest

According to RFE/RLIn the evening of 12 September the political activist Viachaslau Siuchyk was detained at a cafй during a meeting with the journalist Pauliuk Bykouski. At present he serves the arrest, which he managed to escape on 23 March. That time he was detained by the police and taken to the jail in Akrestsin Street where he was to spend 10 days. From there he was driven to a hospital. He explained to the medics he had been beaten by the police. Several days later he left the hospital and went to the Ukraine.
