Short-Cut Leave for Pavel Seviarynets

As Pavel had not violated the regime in the open-type prison where he serves his term, he was supposed to receive a 5-day long leave. However, just as in the previous month, the administration of the penitentiary institution reduced it to 3 days. Pavel will go to Vitebsk to visit his parents. He is not allowed to leave the city, reports RFE/RL.Add commentary
