ARCHE Magazine to Sue Ministry of Information

The Supreme Economic Court will consider the suit filed by the editorial team of ARCHE magazine against the Ministry of Information on November 4 at 2 p.m.
“The pre-trial hearing was held today. Representatives of both ARCHE magazine and the Ministry of Information took part in the hearing. The defendant insists on the previous position – the speech mainly repeated the text of the warning issued to the magazine. Judge M. Madudzin who will hear the case asked the defendant to present justification of the warning at the hearing”, -- lawyer Anzhela Ratner representing ARCHE magazine told BAJ press-service.
