Mahiliou: as a result of Qualified Aid Worker of Mahiliousaiuzdruk Breaks Working Contract and Receives Compensation

The administration of Mahiliousaiuzdruk illegally exacted from the worker Andryian Kavaliou money for subscription to the state newspaper Sovetskaya Belorussiya, didn’t issue to him working clothes. The working instruction of the enterprise didn’t meet the tariff-qualification index. Besides, the worker received a groundless disciplinary punishment, which was proved in the court. As a result of qualified aid that was given by representatives of the Belarusian Trade Union of Radio-electronic Trade the administration had to break the employment contract on the employee’s initiative and pay to him a dismissal wage worth 3 monthly wages.
