Mahilou Activists Summoned to KGB and Police Departments

Silkou was summoned to come to police office at 11 a.m. He is one of the organizers of a Freedom Day rally and march, which have been banned by Mahilou authorities. Besides that, the police summoned activists Iryna Kacharova, Siarhei Straltsou (United Civic Party), and Yury Novikau (Belarusian Social Democratic Party Hramada).
At 12 a.m. the activists will hold a news conference about the events organized by the democratic forces, reports RFE/RL.
