Kruhlaye: Court Justifies Public Activist Aliaksandr Bulaukin

Kryhlaye district court dropped the criminal case against the activist of the United Civil Party Aliaksandr Bulaukin because of absence of corpus delicti (as proposed by a representative of Kruhlaye district prosecutor’s office).
Earlier Mr. Bulaukin was accused in forging of documents for his nomination a candidate to Kruhlaye district deputy soviet. The case was initiated by the Central Election Commission. The expertise didn’t confirm the fact of forging and the case was dropped.
