Action in Support of St. Joseph Church

On 6 March about 20 activists of the campaign against turning St. Joseph church into a hotel with a casino in it held a protest action. They gathered in two places: near the sports palace and near Niamiha stop of public transport. There they handed out about 500 leaflets. They also demonstrated to passers-by the projects for ‘reconstruction’ of the buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Minsk executive committee and House of Trade Unions, which the action organizers propose to implement instead of mockery of the old church.
