Baranavichy: Yaraslau Hryshchenia Suspected in Activity on Behalf of Young Front again

According to the UCP press-service

On 10 May the investigator of Baranavichy police department Yuliya Askaldovich presented to the under-aged youth activist Yaraslau Hryshchenia the note about bringing a criminal case against him.

There it is stated that after the statement about free-will withdrawal from Young Front which was made by Hryshchenia on 20 April 2007 he actually continued acting in this unregistered organization during Chernobyl Way rally, on 26 April 2006, which is confirmed by video materials.

On the basis of this Baranavichy prosecutor, senior justice advisor Aliaksandr Smal ruled to bring a criminal case under article 193.1 (activity on behalf of unregistered organization).

Yuliya Askaldovich also handed to Hryshchenia a summons for interrogation appointed on 10 a.m. on 11 May.
