Salidarnasts: satellite dishes to be brought down

Minsk authorities arrived at a decision to ban placing satellite dishes and air-conditioners on the city’s buildings. Housing services are at a loss – they don’t know how to carry out the decision.
According to Sviatlana Kazimirskaya from Maskouski borough housing department, there is no procedures for installing satellite dishes and air-conditioners.
- What we have is the restricting law ‘On architectural, town-planning and building activities in the Republic of Belarus’. It looks like fighting the wind. We have addressed the architectural and building department of Minsk City Executive Committee and are waiting for explanations.
