UK and Slovakia ambassadors banned to visit Finkevich

The administration of the detention center where Artur Finkevich is serving his term do not allow the British and Slovakian ambassadors to visit Finkevich in prison. The administration officials say they need a permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
