Katsora and Shytsikau’s claims turned down

On May 18 Homel Regional Court decided to turn down the claims of a BPF member Uladzimir Shatsikau and the head of local UCPB office Uladzimir Katsora.
On March 19 Uladzimir Katsora was stopped by two people who tried to start a fight. The next day he was summonsed to a police station. However he was not able to turn up. Late he was charged with hooliganism and failing to appear in police. The next day he was sentenced to 5 days of arrest.
Uladzimir Shytsikau was detained on March 23 in his apartment. He was accused of hooliganism and sentenced to 5 days as well.
