Valiantsina Kismiaroshkina, judge of Vitsebsk Pershamaiski borough court, fined Siarhei Parsiukevich, an entrepreneur from Vitsebsk, for minor offence – he is said to have used foul language while being arrested by the police on March 23. The trial lasted for two months, witnesses producing contradictory evidence. Parsiukevich says he is going to appeal the decision, since he considers it groundless.Add commentary
