Yauhen Skrabutan detained in Hrodna

Yauhen Skrabutan, a student of Warsaw University, was detained at Hrodna railway station while he was going to get on a train to Poland.Skrabutan took part in the Pro-Dem Forces Congress and was coming back to Warsaw. The customs officers searched his things and confiscated the materials of the Congress.
