The criminal cases against Dzianis Dzianisau and Tatsiana Yelavaya were finally stopped. They were charged with violating Article 342 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (organization of actions which undermine public peace and state power). Then, a number of banners of the organization BUNT and several white-red-white flags appeared in Vitsebsk. Dzianisau was detained, spent 2 months in prison and was eventually released after 15 mln. roubles were raised.According to Dzianisau’s lawyer, the cases were terminated due to the lack of corpus delicti.
