480 employers refused jobs to people whose parent’s rights were terminated

Over 480 employers have refused to provide working places to people whose parent’s rights have been terminated. Only 7 of them have been punished for that this year.State officials think this situation is caused by the absence of stimulating procedures that would encourage employers to give jobs to such persons.
