New practice in parent’s rights issues

Vitsebsk regional executive committee arrived at a decision to introduce assize court sessions that would terminate parent’s rights. According to the Committee’s vice-head Iosif Palachanin, this measure should be of great use to the state. Besides, it will help to form positive opinion concerning the problem.Add commentary
