According to bulletinonline.org, the judge Viktar Sheliapen took the part of the employer in the case of Anatol Askerka’s dismissal from Belarusian-German joint stock company Frebor on February 1, 2007 after he refused to sign the contract. The judge found the decision of the administration lawful.Add commentary
