All drafts to undergo criminological examination

According to the President’s decree, all new drafts will be considered by criminologists for the sake of ˜further development of anti-criminal precaution measures and providing adequate conditions for the prognostication of possible criminogenic aftermath of the new bill’.At the same time President’s decrees are not included in the number of documents to be examined by experts.
