Salihorsk Police Detain People Even for Drawings on Pavement

On 19 June in Salihorsk the police detained the Young Front activist Zmitser Karnou and the activist of the United Civil Party Uladzimir Lemesh.
Salihorsk youngsters decided to express their feelings to Belarus and the world by making chalk drawings in the center of the city. The police patrol which was passing by saw a drawing of white-red-white flag and detained the youngsters for it. They took Karnou and Lemesh to the police station and made them write explanations. In half an hour the youngsters were let go.
