Minsk: Young Front Sues Justice Department of Executive Committee

Activists of Young Front have sued to Minsk city court against the justice department of Minsk city executive committee to make the latter execute of the law on public association and register the organization.
Thus, Young Front remains on the stage of registration and its activists can legally act on behalf of the movement. Most probably, the trial will take place in September. During it the officials will have to explain to the court why they consider holding mass actions in conformity with the legislation on mass actions as violation of the organization charter.
