On 27 August the police detained a youth leader Aliaksei Shydlouski and took him to the remand jail in Akrestin Street in Minsk.
Bear in mind that Aliaksei Shydlouski was twice detained by the special police regiment on the eve of the State Sovereignty Declaration Day. Two trials were held where the police participated as witnesses. The activist was sentenced to 15 and 5 nights in prison under one article, minor disorderly conduct, which has been recently employed for justifying the illegal detainments of the opposition.
After 16 days of arrest the activist was released but today in the morning he was again detained by a policeman and put in jail for the remaining 4 days.
