Polish Spies to Be Tried the Same Day with 'Young Front' Activists

In The middle of July the Belarusian media published information about Polish spies. According to KGB version, the intelligence group included four servants of the Belarusian army (Bohdan, Karnialiuk,Ruskin and Piatkevich) and the Russian military officer Yurenya, and was interested in military and strategic objects of Belarus. A criminal case under article 356-1 of the Criminal Code ‘State treachery in the form of espionage’ has been brought against them. This article provides up to 15 years of jail.
Bear in mind that the same day the court hearings on the criminal cases against the Young Front activists Nasta Azarka and Ivan Shyla will start.
