Seminar “Political Repression in Belarus: The Past and the Present” to Be Held

The seminar is organized by the Belarusian Language Society. It will start on September 5th at 6 p.m. at Rumiantsava 13 in Minsk. In September the Belarusian Language Society carries out a number of seminars within the framework of the cycle “Historical and cultural education of the city population in the period of civic society development”. This is the second seminar on the topic of political repression in Belarus. The first seminar was held on September 18th. The lecturer is researcher of Stalinist repressions, Ihar Kuzniatsou, PhD.
