Smarhon: Human Rights Activist Seeks Prosecutor’s Help

A public activist Ales Dzerhachou has phoned to Smarhon district prosecutor. He informed the prosecutor that the police ringed his house and demand from him to come with them to Smarhon district police department. They state that in the morning he walked his dog and insulted somebody.
Dzerhachou stated it was a provocation and he would not leave his house till the prosecutor conducted a check-up on this fact.
