Iceland rated first, Norway – second. The third place was taken by the former USSR republic – Estonia.

Belarus, just as a year ago, took 151st place. Russia has improved its position a bit – this year it rates 144th (in comparison with the last year’s 147th). Ukraine holds 93rd? Lithuania –23rd? and Latvia – 12th place.

The last in the rating are Eritrea (169th) and North Korea (168th).
