Ministry of Justice Postpones Registration of Entrepreneurs’ Association

“We submitted the application for registration to the Ministry of Justice on September 25th. Ina month we received an official response that additional documents are needed, in particular, copies of passports of some of the founders”, -- deputy head of the organizing committee for creation of the association For Free Development of Entrepreneurship” Alexander Taustyka says.
According to him, there were about 50 founders. The representatives of the Ministry of Justice checked the signatures and addresses of them all. Copies of passports are not in the list of documents necessary for registration.
The founding conference of the association took place on September 10th, 2007 in Minsk.
The participants approved the statute of the non-profit organization, elected governing bodies and appointed coordinators in Babruisk, Rechytsa, Salihorsk, Baranavichy, Hrodna, and Minsk.
