‘It is an anecdotic situation. I was thrice rebuked for non-execution of the job that was not my duty. Finally, I was fired under paragraph 4 of article 42 of the Labor Code – ‘systematic non-execution of professional duties’. They gave to me my work record card, but I did not sign the order for my firing, as I will appeal against it in court,’ says Tatsiana Sadouskaya.
The firing of the lawyer, whose contract ends in December 2009, was conducted with a number of law violations: she was not warned about firing and, athwart her demand, there was no trade union assembly concerning the firing. Moreover, the official trade union accused her in the conflict.
There are all reasons for thinking that the head of Kamunalnik Leanid Palonik fired the worker not to execute the court ruling for returning to her 1,5 million rubles which had been illegally exacted from her wage by the enterprise administration.
Earlier Palonik considered the lawyer guilty in the loss, incurred by the enterprise during major repairs of a dwelling house and exacted the whole sum from her. However, the court justified her. Tatsiana Sadouskaya also took an active part in the programs of For Freedom movement on juridical education of population in the sphere of housing economy, which also irritated her bosses.
