Today judge of Homel City Tsentralny District Court Zhana Andrejchyk hasn’t supported the challenge of the mother of the activist and found Zmitser Zhaleznichenka’s expellation from Homel University legal.
On 22 January Zmitser Zhaleznichenka was expelled from Homel State University for the second time, after he was reinstated on 16 January by a court decision.
The order of the dean to expel the student again was challenged by Zhaleznichenka’s mother in the court of Tsentralny district, as Zhaleznichenka himself was called up to the military service urgently. Now he serves in transport forces. Yesterday he was taken to Homel for the trial, Radio Racyja.
