The consideration of the suit of Hrodna office of the United Civil Party against the local authorities lasted for about three months.
The matter is that in December 2007 the activists addressed the authorities for permitting several pickets and a rally in the center of the city, but received a refusal. The oppositionists sued against these refusals.
In his verdict a judge of Leninski district of Hrodna ruled that all mass actions must be agreed with the police, firemen and ambulance.
