Brest Authorities Allow Picket for Release of Aliaksandr Kazulin

The picket will take place at 3-4 p.m. on 14 March in the Locomotive stadium. It is the first application for a mass action in support of Kazulin for the last two years that has been satisfied by the city authorities.
