The incident happened in the end of December 2007. Leninski court judge Dzmitry Kobrynets decided it was an act of hooliganism and fined him, we learned from Sarnou’s lawyer Aliaksandar Birylau.
Aliaksei Sarnou is 23, he is a circuit installer.
