‘The reply is logic. In this case one can say that the verdict is delayed, - said Mikhail Pastukhou, head of BAJ’s Center for Legal Protection of Mass Media.
According to him BAJ’s lawyers have their own opinion on the searches. ‘We are not going to make it public so far so as not to impose it on General Prosecutor’s office officials. We expect an inspection based on our claim and an adequate reply, - said Pastukhou.
