Franak Viachorka has informed RFE/RL that he had been detained by the police when he had gone out of his porch. They handed to him a writ to the military enlistment office and videotaped it.
Then they took the cellular phone away from Viachorka and guarded him to the military enlistment office. There Franak had a talk with the deputy head, who warned that since Monday foreign travel restrictions would be applied to him.
The activist asked the official to send the next writ to his home address and stated that he would consider it valid only if it would be composed in Belarusian.
