Vitsebski kurier newspaper warned

The Vitsebsk-based independent newspaper Vitsebski kurier was warned by the Ministry of Information for possessing a false editorial address and failing to inform the Ministry of their new address.
According to Pavel Levinau, the newspaper was punished for the situation created by the authorities, when Vitsebski kurier tried to introduce amendments to its inner regulations in 2007. The decision is likely to be appealed at the Ministry of Information.
