No registration for independent trade union in Rechytsa district

Rechytsa district executive committee refused to register Rechytsa district organization of the independent Belarusian trade union of workers of radio-electronic industry. 

‘Natallia Tsiarenia, the head of the ideological department of the district executive committee, did not even explain the reason for the refusal. She only said that everything was written to the letter which was sent to the address of the trade union in Minsk,’ said the regional representative of the trade union Viktar Kazlou.

According to Kazlou, the representation of the independent trade union rented a small room at a former automobile servicing station with the aim to register there its juridical address, but the authorities did not agree to placement of the address there. That’s why at present there is only the primary organization of the trade union of radio electronic industry in Rechytsa, at the Rhythm factory.
