Brest: Yury Bakur complains to UN Human Rights Committee

In his complaint to the UN Human Rights Committee Mr. Bakur states that he considers his detention and administrative punishment as unlawful and considers them as an attempt to punish him for his political views.
Bear in mind that the activist was detained at the office of Brest oblast organization of the BPF Party, where an open sitting of the council of Brest city BPF organization and presentation of Pavel Seviarynets’ book Letters from Forest were taking place. All in all, 28 participants of the presentation were detained. 15 of them received administrative punishments.
