Orsha state-owned mass media begin promoting pro-governmental candidates more and more openly. Recently the local Arashanskaya Hazeta published two articles by incumbent MP Uladzimir Zhvikou. The author especially stresses the role of head of the Belarusian Railways Uladzimir Zharela in the development of Orsha railway center. Uladzimir Zharela registered an initiative group in Orsha city district # 26.
During the last month Arshanskaya Hazeta published three articles which cover different aspects of the activity of the incumbent MP Uladzimir Adashkevich. Independent observers think the state press pays so much attention to the activity of the MP because his initiative group was registered in Orsha district # 27.
Observers failed to find a word about opposition candidates who are going to run in the same district.
