KGB interested in Valiantsin Stefanovich’s family

Alina, wife of human rights defender Valiantsin Stefanovich, received a telephone call from KGB department in Minsk and Minsk region with a proposition to come to the KGB office for a conversation.
Alina refused to talk without a summons and hung up. Valiantsin Stefanovich believes the actions of Minsk KGB officers are the pressure on him and his family members. He links it with his electoral and public activity as well as with monitoring of the parliamentary election. Unfortunately, facts of such intimidation are becoming massive.
Earlier tax inspectorate was interested in incomes of the Stefanovichs. The family of the human rights activist was called to the Department of Financial Investigation of the State Control Committee of Belarus.
