Hrodna: CIS observers impossible to find

Hrodna observers and journalist have already spent a week trying to find out the location of CIS observers who arrived in Hrodna.
Their goal is to share the facts about the election process they had collected. However, no structures of state power can give information about the whereabouts of CIS observers. It is unknown, where they are, and what they observe. CIS observers have not shown any interest to meeting the local colleagues yet.
